I have analyzed over 52,000 data points related to their business and created personas to ground business strategies in. I also am implementing systems to enhance marketing efforts primarily on digital channels while guiding current employees through the process including but not limited social media channels, email newsletters, website, and SEO efforts.
HigherED SIG
I managed the email marketing efforts for the HigherED SIG. I created content for various email campaigns relating to events and offerings from the SIG. Additionally, I created their newsletter twice per year in conjunction with the American Marketing Association's educator's conferences.
